TERMS & CONDITIONS

The small print, in plain English.

These terms apply to every booking for the Gulf Medics webinar on 16 January 2027. By booking a ticket, you agree to them.

1. Your booking

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Joining details are sent to the email address you give us at checkout, so please check it carefully. Each ticket admits one person.

2. Tickets are non-refundable

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including if you can no longer attend, book the wrong ticket type, or change your mind. If the event itself is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.

3. Speakers and programme may change

Speakers, session times and the running order are subject to change. Individual speakers may need to withdraw or be replaced, sometimes at short notice. The overall content and gist of the day — senior UK-trained doctors sharing honest perspectives on working in the Gulf — will remain the same, and a change of speaker is not grounds for a refund.

4. Recording and playback

Your ticket includes 72-hour playback of the webinar, available for three days after the event. Beyond that, you must not record, screenshot, livestream, download or otherwise capture any part of the webinar or its playback, in whole or in part, by any means. All content shared by speakers remains their intellectual property and ours. Breaching this rule may result in removal from the event without refund and may lead to further action.

5. Keep your joining details private

Joining links and access details are personal to you and must not be shared, forwarded, posted or resold to anyone else. Each link admits one attendee. If we believe your joining details have been shared, we may revoke your access without refund.

6. The event is information, not advice

Speakers share their own experiences and opinions. Nothing said during the webinar is financial, legal, immigration, tax or career advice, and salaries, benefits and registration processes described may change. Always verify details with the relevant employers, regulators and authorities before making decisions.

7. Technical requirements

You are responsible for your own device and internet connection. We are not liable for technical problems on your side that prevent you from attending or viewing part of the event.

8. Conduct

Please keep questions and chat contributions respectful. We may remove anyone behaving abusively or disruptively, without refund.
